  • Do you offer telehealth?

I am currently offering telehealth and in-person sessions.  It is your responsibility to ensure, your insurance is covering telehealth services.  If you choose to just do telehealth services, you will need to have the capabilities of scanning/sending me all forms prior to your assessment/intake appointment.

It is an option to do your first session in person to complete all paperwork and then to do telehealth sessions after.  It is also an option to do a combined approach, doing some telehealth and some in-person sessions, especially with the busy-ness of life and good old Iowa weather.

  • How long are sessions?

Sessions will typically be about 45 minutes.
